Today’s Daily Programme is here …. Today’s Menu is here …. I had a better sleep than our first night, I must be getting used to the new bed, it is very comfortable. My watch woke me nice and early so I could do day 2 of my health regime. The gym was nice and quiet again with only one of the treadmills in use and none of the other exercise machines.
