In general – as our first Cunard cruise – I thought service was relatively good. I’d agree with your comments in relation to waiters but my own experience was that the Winter Garden was woefully understaffed with waiters and the Chart Room also struggled at peak times. Ironically our experience in Commodore club was very good…but I suspect we just happened to be there at less busy times. In general though we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will be trying it again.
